The Student Service Fee (SSF) at the University of Minnesota is used to enhance the student experience and provide needed services and support that benefits the campus community. Over the last year, a committee of students and staff have been reviewing the current SSF process and procedures with the aim to make the process more efficient and accessible to groups. This process is ongoing, and the final approvals hope to be set by early November. The SSF Information and Help Sessions will start in mid-November. Timelines for requests for SSF funding for the 2017-18 will be published in early November. For those of you that have applied in the past, please note that deadlines for application will likely be later than in previous years, giving groups more time to prepare. Please follow up on our website and keep an eye out for SUA's "In The Know" in the future, as this information will be shared here.
